2. Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in our engagement agreement. Payments are due as specified; late payments may incur interest charges.

3. Refund Policy

We provide a clear refund policy to ensure confidence in our services:

• Full refund if canceled within 14 days with no substantial work performed.
• Partial refund based on the proportion of services already delivered.
• No refunds available after 60 days from the service commencement.

To request a refund, please submit your inquiry through our contact form within the applicable period. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and cooperate timely. Failure to do so may delay or terminate services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
